FLATHMANN-SANDLER ENGAGEMENT

Jessica Marie Flathmann, daughter of Susan and David Pantin of North Myrtle Beach, S.C., and the late William Flathmann of Ronkonkoma, N.Y., and Robert Evan Rubin Sandler, son of Leah Rubin and Jeffrey Cohen of Wildwood, and Thomas Sandler and Nina Tumosa of Fairlee, Vt., have announced their engagement.

She is the granddaughter of Gerald and Helen Morse of Lake Worth, Fla., and John and Dorothy Flathmann of Ronkonkoma, N.Y.

He is the grandson of the late Abraham and the late Millicent Rubin of St. Louis, and the late Benjamin and the late Lillian Sandler of Sacramento, Calif.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C., where she received a a bachelor's of science degree in science communication, and the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland. She is an associate at the law firm of K&L Gates in Pittsburgh.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Parkway Central High School and the University of Missouri, where he received bachelor's degrees in journalism and political science. He will receive a master's degree this spring from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.

A May 2010 wedding is planned.

SHAPIRO-CARDILLO WEDDING

Stacy Renee Cardillo, daughter of Rand Shapiro and the late Susan Shapiro of St. Louis and Brian Dominic Cardillo, son of Dominic and Karen Cardillo of Stockbridge, Mass. were married Sept. 5, 2009 at the St. Louis Frontenac Hilton, where Rabbi Andrea Goldstein officiated. A wedding reception followed the ceremony at the Hilton's Clayton Ballroom.

She is the granddaughter of Robert Shapiro and Aileen Shapiro of Frontenac and Jack Kaufman and the late Vivian Kaufman of Wheeling, W.V. He is the grandson of Kenneth and Joyce TenBroeck of Niverville, N.Y. and Norma Cardillo and the late Ernest Cardillo of Stockbridge, Mass.

The bride chose her sister-in-law, Çhristina Cardillo Tafe, as matron of honor. Julie Shapiro, the bride's sister, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Danielle Lamutis, the bride's best friend from college; Erin Newfeld, the bride's best friend from high school and Sheila Luechtefeld, the bride's best friend.

The groom chose Richard Cardillo, his cousin, as best man. Groomsmen were Tony Lizzi, the groom's best friend from college; Greg Tafe, the groom's brother-in-law; Jeff Sorensen and Kyle Dietz, the groom's best friends from college and Michael Getz, the groom's best friend.

Following a wedding trip to St. Louis, the couple resides in St. Louis.

KRANER-FLEISCHER ENGAGEMENT

Sara Kraner, daughter of Lisa and Richard Kraner of Frontenac and Karen and Alan Muney of Darien, Conn. and Jason Fleischer, son of Susan Fleischer of Pikesville, Md. and Janyce Zinnamon and Stuart Fleischer of Sykesville, Md. have announced their engagement.

She is the granddaughter of Marshall and the late Lois Greenman of Frontenac, Betty and the late Justin Kraner of Clayton and Rhoda Stoller and the late Seymour Muney of Rye Brook, N.Y. He is the grandson of the late Janet and the late Leonard Kaufman of Rochester, N.Y. and Clara and the late Edward Fleischer of Baltimore, Md.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of John Burroughs School and Brown University. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Master's of Public Health degree from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. She currently is an associate at Hogan & Hartson in Washington, D.C., where she practices health regulatory law.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Randallstown High School and the University of Maryland. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the American University Washington College of Law. He currently is an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom in Washington, D.C., where he practices in the area of energy regulation and litigation.

A June 2010 wedding is planned.
